Returns, Tax, and Shipping Information



Returns

We are delighted to bring you healthy, natural, fair-trade, and eco-friendly products that are produced responsibly. It is our desire that you be truly delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, please complete the online form below to apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You will be emailed an RMA along with further instructions on how to return merchandise.

Some merchandise may ship to you directly from the wholesaler or manufacturer. You may follow the return instructions (if any) included with this merchandise, but only for this merchandise. If you have numerous items to be returned that were shipped to you from different locations, please follow the return instructions included here.

Please return unwanted merchandise as soon as possible (after receiving an RMA). For full credit (minus shipping costs), items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days we may, at our discretion, refuse your return or exchange. Refunds/exchanges will be credited back/charged to the original credit card or account on which items were purchased. For exchanges, additional shipping charges may apply. In the event that an item is a gift, customers may exchange the gift or receive credit via check or PayPal. Refunds or exchanges may take up to 30 days to process.

Items returned for refund or exchange must be in their original condition. This means the merchandise must be unused, unwashed, clean, and in it's original packaging. A 20% restocking fee may apply if item is not in original package. Items will not be accepted that have an unpleasant odor including any fragrance or cigarette smoke. Please make certain merchandise is free of pet hair.

In the event that merchandise arrives damaged or defective, contact Be Good to Your Mother™ immediately.

NOTE: Some items such as mattresses, furniture, personalized items, custom items, baby bottles, trainer cups, pacifiers, or certain intimate apparel are returnable.

Orders shipped to California addresses will be charged 7.25% sales tax.



Shipping

We ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States. For addresses in Alaska or Hawaii or for international orders please contact us at customercare@begoodtoyourmother.com.

We have flat rate shipping based upon amount of purchase. Some large items such as furniture may require additional shipping charges. A few items must be shipped by freight and will not ship until actual shipping costs have been determined and approved by the customer.
